Where We Serve

Our service area covers the full Fargo-Moorhead metro. If you’re in any of the communities below, we can typically schedule same-day or next-day service. Call early in the day for the best chance at a same-day appointment.

North Dakota side: Fargo (all neighborhoods including North Fargo, South Fargo, Downtown Fargo, and the NDSU area), West Fargo, Harwood, Horace, and Casselton.

Minnesota side: Moorhead, Dilworth, Glyndon, and Barnesville.

If you’re outside these areas and not sure if we cover you, just call — we’ll give you a straight answer. We don’t send technicians hours out of the metro, but we try to accommodate nearby communities when schedule allows.

How Our Pricing Works

We charge a flat diagnostic fee for every service call. This covers the technician’s time to travel to your home, inspect the appliance, run diagnostics, and give you an accurate repair quote. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee is credited toward your total bill. If you decide not to proceed, you only pay the diagnostic fee.

We don’t give firm quotes over the phone without seeing the appliance. What sounds like a simple washer problem is sometimes a failed motor coupling and sometimes a seized bearing — two very different repair costs. An honest diagnosis first protects you from surprises.

What Affects the Cost of a Repair?

Several factors influence how much a repair costs: the appliance type, the brand, the age of the unit, parts availability, and the nature of the failure. High-end brands like Bosch and KitchenAid often have more expensive parts than standard Whirlpool or GE models. Samsung and LG control boards tend to cost more than mechanical components. We’ll always give you the full repair cost before we start any work.

Fargo’s hard water can complicate certain repairs — scale buildup on dishwasher elements and refrigerator water lines can add time to a job. We carry cleaning agents for this and factor it into our quotes honestly.

Should You Repair or Replace?

A good rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than 50% of what a comparable new appliance costs, replacement is usually the smarter financial move. We’ll tell you this honestly, even if it means we don’t get the job. If an appliance is 12+ years old and needs a major component, we’ll walk you through the math so you can make an informed decision.
