1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services offered by Prairie Appliance Repair (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide residential appliance repair services in the Fargo–Moorhead metropolitan area. Service availability, scheduling, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. All diagnostic fees are disclosed before work begins. Estimates are provided in good faith; final costs may vary based on actual parts and labor required.

5. Warranty

We warrant our labor for 90 days from the date of service. Parts warranties vary by manufacturer and are passed through to you as received. This warranty does not cover misuse, power surges, or pre-existing unrelated issues discovered after initial repair.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the original repair. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from appliance failure or the performance of our services.

7. Access to Property

You agree to provide our technicians safe and reasonable access to the appliance and the area around it. Our technicians reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cass County, North Dakota.
