What to Have Ready When You Call
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you call — that’s our job. But a few pieces of information help us prepare: the brand and model of the appliance (usually on a label inside the door or on the back panel), a description of what it’s doing or not doing, and your general location in the FM metro so we can route our schedule efficiently.
If you can find the model number before we arrive, that lets us check parts availability in advance and potentially arrive with the right component on the truck — turning a two-visit repair into a one-visit repair.
Service Hours
We schedule service calls Monday through Saturday. Early morning call times are available for customers who need to be home before work. We do our best to accommodate flexible windows when our route allows. Holiday and weekend availability varies — call to check current openings.

What if I don’t know my model number?
That’s fine — we can find it when we arrive. It helps us pre-pull parts if you have it, but it’s not required to book a service call.
